STRIKE ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES
Calgary, AB, Canada July 15, 2009 - - Stephen D. Smith, President & CEO of Strike Energy Services Inc. (Strike) is pleased to announce the following organizational changes effective July 1, 2009.

Michael Tumback is promoted to Senior Vice President, Corporate Services.
Wayne Pawsey is promoted to Senior Vice President, Service Group.
Rory Vrolson will transfer to the position of Vice President Assets & Equipment.
Brett Berg is promoted to Vice President, Finance.
Curtis Kennon is promoted to Controller.
Tyler Pawsey is promoted to Manager, Project Group.
Jamie Batula is promoted to Senior Project Manager for the Project Group
Rick Nogas will assume the role of Project Manager, Facilities.
Dave Rigden will assume the role of Procurement Manager, based in Strike’s Crossfield facility.

STRIKE ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES
Calgary, AB, Canada January 5, 2009 - - Stephen D. Smith, President & CEO of Strike Energy Services Inc. (Strike) is pleased to announce the following organizational changes effective January 1, 2009.

Shawn Campbell is promoted to Vice President, Project Group. Shawn has displayed his commitment to Strike and the success of his team by continuing to not only grow his business unit and develop his team members, but also continuing to deliver one successful project after another. Shawn will report to the VP Southeast Operations and lead the operations of the project group located in our Crossfield office.

Beth Gerrard is promoted to Vice President, Business Development reporting to the President & CEO. Beth will be responsible for leading and coordinating the business development, marketing & communications and sales functions of the organization. Beth has been integral in raising the awareness of the Strike name in the industry and will continue to focus on the growth and sustainability of our organization in the marketplace.

Darin Pawsey will be leaving his position as Area Manager in Bonnyville with his recent promotion to Eastern Regional Manager reporting to the VP Southeast Operations. The eastern region will include Bonnyville, Athabasca and North Battleford, Saskatchewan. Darin has been a driving factor in the recent success experienced in Bonnyville and we are sure he will continue to shine with his new responsibilities.

Tommy MacLeod is promoted to Area Manager in the Bonnyville Business Unit to replace Darin Pawsey with Shaun Hebert moving into the Project Superintendent position in Bonnyville. Both Tommy and Shaun have been with Strike for several years now and are valued assets to not only the Strike team but the Bonnyville business unit in particular.

Strike is excited about the organizational changes in these business units in alignment with Strike’s growth and development plans for the future. Grant Acorn will transfer from our Grande Cache area office to Edson to replace Mr. Teeter as Area
Manager and Loren Lybbert will be assuming management and supervision responsibilities at the
Grande Cache office.

STRIKE APPOINTS VICE PRESIDENT FINANCE AND CORPORATE SERVICES

Construction and Flint Canada Inc. Most recently, Michael was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CANA Construction Ltd. Michael graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce in 1980 and obtained his designation as a Chartered Accountant in 1983.
