Stephen Smith has held a number of leadership and management positions in the Oil, Gas and Construction Services Industry.

Stephen joined Flint Canada Inc. in 1982. Over the next several years he held various finance and administration leadership roles and was promoted to Vice-President Finance in 1988. Stephen displayed the initiative to learn every aspect of the business and was promoted to Vice President Operations, Senior Vice President and President of Flint Canada Inc. in 1998. After the 1998 acquisition of Flint Canada by SCF Partners of Houston, Texas, Stephen remained with the organization for 4 years.

Stephen was a member of the Board of Directors of Flint Canada Inc. from 1989 to 1998. Since 1982, Stephen has held various industry board and association memberships. He has also been involved in several non-profit and community organizations as a director.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Prince Edward Island and is a Certified General Accountant.

In 2003 Stephen accepted the position of President, Flint Eurasia Ltd. Since 2004 he has also held the position of President and CEO of Strike Energy Services Inc.
