Garry Lane began his career with Flint Engineering & Construction Ltd. in 1972 at Fort St John, B.C. as a Supervisor Trainee, after taking Petroleum Engineering Technology at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Upon completion of the company's Supervisor and Management Training Program in 1974, Garry was promoted to Construction Superintendent. In 1977 he was promoted to District Manager and went on to manage Flint's operation centres at Brooks, Lloydminster, Edmonton, Whitecourt, Redcliff, Alberta and Norman Wells, NWT through 2004. He served as Client Relations Consultant in 2002 and as a Strategic Alliance Manager in 2005 for Flint Energy Services Inc.

Garry has a wide range of pipeline and facility construction/maintenance experience in the natural gas, light and heavy oil industries. He has participated in many industry and professional development courses over his career. He is also a strong community supporter and has been a member of several community and industry organizations in all of the locations he has resided in.

Garry joined Strike Energy Services Inc. in January 2006 as Vice President Corporate Services. Currently Garry is the Vice President of HSE & QC.
